    Challenge: Key metrics on student engagement with support services were siloed in TargetConnect and other systems and not visible across teams.


    What We Did: Ingested data from TargetConnect via real-time API, designing a suite of interactive Power BI dashboards covering engagement, appointment trends, and satisfaction.

    Implemented user-friendly navigation with filters by course, demographic, and time period.


    Impact: Teams gained instant visibility into trends and gaps and enabled data-informed planning of outreach and interventions.

  • Portfolio Tracking (PebblePad)

    Challenge: Exported data from PebblePad was inaccessible for business users.


    What We Did: Collaborated with subject matter experts to define reporting needs & developed a fully automated workflow to clean, structure, and validate raw exported data.

    Designed intuitive dashboards in Power BI tailored to specific academic workflows.

    Delivered live training sessions and produced custom guidance videos for long-term adoption.


    Impact: Reduced manual processing time and enabled academic and support staff to access clean, timely insights and created a sustainable reporting process with embedded user confidence.
